PRIORITY SEARCH: We offer a unique customized product designed around each specific executive search. We commit specific resources to the search that include dedicated Search Consultants, Video Conference Interviewing, and a process that works so well we can offer a 12 month guarantee. In return for a small commitment fee up front, you will receive a complete, customized search action plan.
Performance-based. A full project team is assigned to the recruitment search once our firm has received a project initiation fee. Our PRIORITY SEARCH program offers a 12-month replacement guarantee with a portion of the fee deferred until the 12-month anniversary of the candidate. We will replace the employee in the event that the employee hired through us is released or resigns from his or her position of employment, for any reason whatsoever; within 12 months from the date the employee commenced said employment at no additional cost to the client.

Making sure the family and the relocation process moves smoothly reaffirms the quality of your company's first impression and paves the way for a strong partnership with your employees.
