For that reason we are very unique in that we delay a portion of our fees for 12 months. If for some reason our placed candidate leaves your organization during the first 12 months, two critical events are triggered:

  1. We permanently forfeit the remaining portion of our recruitment service fee
  2. Plus we conduct a search at our cost to replace the candidate
